W. Danny Sedjati , CEO; Principal Broker
Mr. Sedjati is partner and CEO of Manhattist, Inc. His career began as a loan officer with National Finance Corporation in 1998 while attending Renssealaer Polytechnic Institute for his bachelor’s degree. Subsequently, he became Vice President at Greenpoint Mortgage. In that position, he applied his skills to real estate underwriting, sales, and portfolio management. He was also authorized to process multifamily housing development loans.
Shortly after Grenpoint’s Mortgage was acquired by Capital One Bank, Mr. Sedjati managed First Source Financial USA in their commercial mortgage division for 2 years until founding Manhattist, Inc. With a background that includes experience as an investment advisor, sales management and bank lending officer, Mr. Sedjati succeeded in establishing Manhattist as an advisory and real estate brokerage firm for foreign clients .
Astrid Wibisono, Director
Ms. Wibisono is the director for Manhattist, Inc where she overseas the firm’s South Asia business operations. She works with decision makers both in private and public sector as well as diplomatic corps in Indonesia to increase governance proficiency & corporate competitiveness, through credible analysis and recommendations on public policies.
Nataliya Burykina, Economist
Ms. Burykina is the lead economist at Manhattist, Inc. With expertise in statistics, finance and economics, she currently oversees the firm’s research division. She supervises a team of advanced analysts that is responsible for the portfolio Manhattist’s research reports.
Ms. Burykina earned Masters degrees from Northwestern University and from Kyiv National University (Ukraine).
Raj K. Persaud, Business Development Manager
Mr. Persaud is the lead Business Development & Public Relations for Manhattist Inc. With a background in strategic development, he has an eye for sophisticated marketing and project management techniques. From working with small, local employers to leading federally funded CDC development teams, Mr. Persaud's international work experience has given him key insights to the value of foreign relations and the respect they deserve.
He is a graduate of Yale University, earning a degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. At Manhattist, he caters to all aspects of client care, managing company advertising and foreign investor outreach. As Manhattist’s brand ambassador, he strives to enhance the company's goal of offering quality intelligence and luxury to its consumers.
