Sales Manager
Sales managers are responsible for all aspects of interviewing, hiring, and overseeing designated groups of real estate agents, referred as the Associates. Managers are expected to handle all recruiting efforts to promote corporate growth, and perform all necessary training to ensure the success of the sub-ordinates associate salesperson.
Responsibilities:

Lead all residential sales activities within branch office

Identify and achieve branch office production and performance goals

Maintain an active role in the development and execution of our significant local marketing/advertising

Implement and manage various programs established by the company to achieve objectives
Candidate Requirements:
-
Maintain a NYS real estate license in good standing.

Min 3 years experience as a real estate salesperson
-
Possess leadership skills and hunger to motivate their team towards unlimited success.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Bilingual/multilingual ability preferred
